I just made cookies with this press. It was easy to do. It did not bother my hand or wrist. Cookies came out uniform. I did not try it with icing yet, but I expect it will be just as easy.

This cookie press is alright considering it was so cheap, it does get rusty really easily which is a bummer but some baking soda and peroxide takes it off easily enough. It's easy to use and it comes with great designs. I've used a peanut butter cookie dough recipe in it first and they came out just fine. I might trade up to a better model that won't rust at all but I'll really have to shop around for that.
