Over the years, I've tried pretty much every cookie press on the market to make our traditional spritz butter cookies at Christmastime. Year after year, I'd struggle with a crummy press, and buy another one for next year. I even scoured the antique stores to find an old, all-metal one like my mom's! Finally (thanks to Martha Stewart, actually) I found this one. And my cookie press search ended.This press is very well made. It's sturdy metal, and nothing bends or falls off. Dough goes through just as it's supposed to. The molding disks are strong and don't bend from the dough pushing through (a lot of other brands do that.)If you're going to buy ONE press, buy this one. It's far better than the others.

I have broken cookie presses every year I make Christmas cookies. The fudging and fooling around with the presses ate into time and aggravation. I just purchased this product and I will never go back to the store bought ones. plastice and flimsy. This press was easy to use no jaming the dough came out smooth. I ran out of cookie sheets. it was half the time. I enjoyed it so much I made a 4th batch. Oh yeah and very little waist of dough left in the tube. not even enough for one cookie. I now can again enjoy my baking. buy it you will not be disapointed.

I researched several of the cookie presses for Christmas use and settled on the all-metal variety. I have absolutely no complaints with this one. (Beware, though, one must use correct cookie dough and KEEP IT COLD!) This cookie press has a lot of disks for different designs and two different sizes for both large/small cookies. Also, it can be used for many different occasions, not just holiday use. You won't be disappointed in this cookie press!Houston
